Push: The Return of the Fantastic X-Men Heroes

Obviously, the themes in Marvel Comics aren't exclusive to them, but what is with all these Marvel rip-offs. We had the shameless 'real X-Men', Heroes, which was good for about one season and a third, now we have Push which has actually managed to rip off Heroes.
